Do you provide refunds?
Due to COVID-19 we will not give refunds on any hair that has been used, unraveled, or opened. Due to everyone's safety any hair that has been tampered or moved from the original state will not be eligible for a full refund. Any hair that has been unopened or hair that hasn't been touched will be refunded after we receive the hair back.
Can I color my hair?
Yes, with our hair you can color it. We prefer you going to a professional stylist to achieve the look you are looking for. Keep a look out for more color coming soon to the catalog !
What can I use for hair care?
You can use your everyday products to wash your hair. Remember more conditioner !
